Parents struggle when they see their children struggle with school. This class will help you understand how learning disabilities and ADHD impacts children ages 8-14, when evaluation is needed, and how best to support your growing child.

Knowing how and when to talk to pre-teens is confusing for many parents. This class will give you tips and techniques for having these important conversations as your child grows and develops.

Class Offerings:
LAMAZE Healthy Birth Class
2+1/2 hours/5 weeks
Cost $50 / If Medicaid is your insurance, we bill Medicaid – no out of pocket expenses.
Normal labor & birth, relaxation, breathing techniques, comfort measures, variations in normal labor, labor rehearsal, cesarean birth prevention and preparation, postpartum, parenting, breastfeeding, the HUG. A special session for Partners only.
VBAC or vaginal birth after a previous cesearean birth. One class, 4 hours, to explore the vaginal birth experience and inform you of the evidence. This is an interactive class and preparing for a vaginal birth as well as a possible cesearean birth will be included.
